Privacy policy

This policy explains what NewBuild Connect collects and how it is used.

What we collect. When you fill in a form (VIP access, price lists, site visits, questions, launch alerts or assignment requests) we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone number and what you are looking for, together with the page you were on, your browser type, IP address and how you found the site.

How we use it. To answer your request, send the information you asked for, give you member access to price lists and floor plans, connect you with one of our preferred realtors who specialize in new builds, and, if you opt in, send new launches, incentives and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the link in any email.

Sharing. We do not sell your information. We share it only with our preferred realtors and with the service providers that run this website and our contact management system, and when the law requires it.

Cookies. We use a small number of cookies to remember your member sign-in and how you arrived at the site, plus analytics cookies to understand how the site is used.

Your choices. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email info@newbuildconnect.com or call or text 647-931-3923.
