What to know before you join
Is membership really free?
Yes. There is no cost and no obligation to buy. When you decide to buy, you work with one of our preferred realtors who specialize in new builds; on most new-build projects the builder pays the co-operating realtor.
What is the difference between VIP and platinum?
Both are releases before the public launch. Builders use the names differently, but platinum is usually the earliest and smallest list, with first pick of units or lots and the launch incentives. VIP usually follows shortly after.
Why is my phone number my password?
It keeps sign-in simple: no password to remember. Sign in on any device with your email and the phone number you joined with. That is also why we ask you to confirm it is your real number.
How do you use my details?
We use your details to send you the projects, price lists and updates you asked for, and to connect you with one of our preferred realtors when you are ready. Our privacy policy explains the details.
How do I stop the emails or texts?
